Shipping policy

We are a small family team, but we aim to have your products dispatched within two working days of your order being received, delivery times are listed below and delivery fees are shown at the checkout.

 

HOW WE CALCULATE DELIVERY

 

Shipping fees are applied at a flat rate at the checkout before payment.

 

WHEN WE DELIVER

 

*UK Delivery, we aim to have your order ready for dispatch within 2 days. From then delivery can take between 2 – 3 working days.

 

Print shipping times are slightly different as they are custom-ordered. Due to printing times please allow 3-5 days for the print to be received at our studio before sending it out for standard delivery.

 

WHO WILL DELIVER

 

Orders are sent via Royal Mail and Parcel Force

 

EXTRA INFORMATION

 

Although we do our best to have the order with you as soon as possible, please consider that these are not guaranteed delivery times but an approximation of when we hope to have the parcel with you.

 

We strive to have parcels with you as soon as we can within our own control (we cannot be accountable for any delays in delivery services that are outside of our control).

 

Please ensure that all delivery details are entered with care as we accept no responsibility for parcels delayed or not delivered due to incorrect or insufficient postal address details being provided.

 

We have a record of where and when a parcel was sent and use services that allow us to track where your parcel is.

 

DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE UK

 

Delivery outside the UK is not currently available.

 

*Unfortunately, at present UK delivery does not include the Channel Islands.
